I am interested in your kitchens. What am I doing now?

Before you make your first contact with BO46, it helps if you already have an idea of what style or feel you are looking for. However, this is not a requirement because we like the conditions of a blank piece of paper.

Once we have established your basic wishes, via e-mail or by phone, our job begins to produce a basis for floor plan and environmental images of your new kitchen. After you have chosen your solution, we prepare the quote. If all your questions have been answered, we will send you the confirmation. The order will be initiated as soon as the payment has been processed. Delivery time varies - we will give you the lead time when you order.

How are your kitchens delivered?

All kitchens are delivered in flat packages and must therefore be assembled before final installation can begin. This is a carefully considered environmental decision. We want to transport goods, not air!

What delivery time should I expect?

Delivery time may vary depending on the design and material choices you make. However, you will be informed and kept up to date throughout the process. Initially we can only give a time frame but an exact delivery date will be obtained well before the goods are received.

Can I assemble and install my kitchen myself?

Absolutely! All products from Bo46 are designed for easy and efficient installation. For a perfect result, it is important to keep the room clean and to be thorough. If you feel unsure, we recommend a professional installer.

How do I assemble the cabinets?

The cabinets are designed for a tool-free installation, and the customer does not need to install the coupling fittings either. The cabinets are symmetrically designed so there is nothing definite up or down. There is thus no right or left. This means that you don't have to think about which part should sit where during assembly.

Can I design my own kitchen?

Yes, there are opportunities to manufacture a kitchen in your own design. Own design means special dimensions, but also a special design of hatches.

Where can I see your products?

Bo46 has chosen to work according to the motto: never onsite, only online. So, no expensive premises for office, representation or exhibition. We strive for a cost-effective organization with values that go beyond a polished facade.

What is your return policy?

We take great care to develop thorough and customized design solutions before we place your order. You, as a customer, are involved in all of this work. We go through a carefully thought-out design process and our products are then manufactured to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

Should any mistakes be made on our part, we will of course correct them.

Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes, there is a guarantee on all products from Bo46. However, the warranty period varies between different products.
